Stok Hemis Trek

Hemis Moanstery is the most famous and richest monastery of Ladakh, existed before the 11th century. It was re-established by the Ladakhi King Sengge Namgyal in 1672. The very famous annual Hemis festival honoring Padmasambhava is held here in early July every year.

 

Day 01: Arrive Delhi

Day 02: Flight Delhi – Leh

Day 03: Leh -Spituk - Phyang- Shanti Stupa -Samkar

Day 04: Drive Leh – Alchi – Likir – Leh (68 km)

Day 05: Drive Leh – Stok then trek Stok – Lartsa (14 km drive- 3hrs trek)

Day 06: Trek Lartsa – Stok-la (4850m) – Gandala Base

Day 07: Trek Gandala Base – Gandala (4900m ) – Skiu

Day 08: Trek Skiu – Markha (6/7 hrs)

Day 09: Trek Markha – Hanker – Thachungtse (6 hrs)

Day 10: Trek Thachungtse – Nimaling (4 hrs)

Day 11: Trek Nimaling – Kongmaru-la (5260m) – Shangsumdo (7/8 hrs)

Day 12: Drive Shangsumdo – Hemis – Thiksey – Shey - Leh (58 km)

Day 13: In Leh

Day 14: Flight Leh – Delhi

Day 15: In Delhi - Departure

Day 16: Arrive your Home Country.
